Tom Murphy

Thomas Murphy is the Senior Vice President of Client Development & Strategy - Corporate Programs at EBG. Thomas oversees all client acquisition, management and expansion programs across EBG’s corporate benefit platforms.

Thomas brings extensive experience encompassing performance marketing and sales expertise. He previously worked at the software technology platform Harri.com, leading the development and execution of all product creation and implementation. Prior to Harri’s, Thomas was selected to lead the enterprise business unit at Ladders, reaching over 80,000 HR executives. Additionally, he held management positions at Intercall (formerly Genesys Conferencing) and Sterling Infosystems.

Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Davidson College and a certificate of Business, Marketing, Economics, and Accounting from McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia. He is also certified in Six Sigma.
