Suzette Schilling is the Chief Human Resources Officer, joining EBG in 2019. Suzette is responsible for all Human Resource functions including strategic initiatives, talent acquisition, compensation, HR information systems, employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, and corporate training and development.

Suzette brings extensive experience leading the HR function as an integral business partner for successful, growth-focused, global and US-based companies. Prior to joining EBG, she spent nine years with TravelClick/Amadeus as Vice President of Human Resources leading global HR and payroll professionals. Prior to TravelClick, she held top leadership Human Resources roles with Sonepar USA as well as Viking Electric Supply.

Suzette holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
