Pedro Alvarado

Pedro Alvarado is Vice President of Customer Experience at EBG responsible for leading the efforts of the Customer Success, Quality Assurance, Online Reputation, Operational Optimization and Operational Training teams toward their quest to ensure excellence in Customer Experience.

Pedro joined EBG in 2017 as a Customer Care Representative and has garnered promotions to several management roles in the Customer Care and Data and Quality Assurance departments. He was promoted to his current role in 2021. Prior to EBG, he worked at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom.

Pedro graduated from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida.
