December 14, 2023: EBG is proud to announce the 2023 Rock Star of the Year is **Richard Sankar**, Senior Manager of Online Reputation in Operations, which includes a $5,000 prize. The annual award was presented by CEO Brett Reizen at the annual holiday celebration at Universal Studios Orlando.
From among the stellar monthly Rock Star recipients of the past fiscal year, Richard was chosen by the EBG leadership committee for his efforts to positively affect EBG both financially and legally, as well as improving online reputation, team member development, and account partnerships. Richard was also noted for his strong focus on customer satisfaction, resulting in positive comments from internal and external customers.
The peer-to-peer recognition program encourages EBG employees to nominate their co-workers who: consistently demonstrate exceptional work ethic and performance; positively impact colleagues, customers and EBG; empower those around them; and lead by example.
Richard was among the 11 monthly Rock Star recipients from fiscal year 2023, which also includes: **Shaleen Bhasin, Josh Bowens, Tanya Davis, Tony Falcone, Simon Gutierrez, Sharyn Jones, Valerie LaKemper, Kasey López Rivas, MaryKay Perkins, and Jesus Rodriguez.**
