EBG was excited to once again be a part of the SHRM Annual Conference and Exposition to promote our four platforms—**TicketsatWork**, **Working Advantage**, **Plum Benefits**, and **Beneplace**. Hosted in Chicago in late June, SHRM is the premiere national conference for HR professionals with full days of networking, learning and fun.
The EBG Client Development team participated in the SHRM Expo, the largest HR solutions center in the world, with over 4,400 conference attendees visiting the booth to learn about our corporate discount programs. EBG collaborated with Universal Studios Resorts for a combined exhibition space featuring photo opportunities with favorite characters.
Additionally, EBG hosted an intimate event for clients that included a chef demonstration and tasting at the renowned Chicago Beef restaurant, Kindling Downtown Cookout and Cocktails.
The SHRM Conference offers HR professionals hundreds of informative and timely sessions on addressing the challenges faced in the HR field today.
Top learnings included discussions on:
- Keeping compensation and benefits competitive with the inclusion of wellness programs and other work-life balance initiatives.
- Maximizing employee engagement to create an environment where people feel motivated to do their best work.
