EBG is proud to announce the 2024 Rock Star of the Year is **Fabiana DeCicco**, Payroll Manager in Accounting & Finance in the Aventura office. She was awarded a $5,000 prize. The annual award was presented by CEO Brett Reizen at the EBG holiday celebration at EPCOT at Walt Disney World.
From among the stellar monthly Rock Star recipients of the past fiscal year, Fabiana was chosen by the EBG leadership committee for her efforts to positively affect EBG by demonstrating an extraordinary attention to detail and ensuring our company’s payroll processes run seamlessly. She always remains composed and proactive, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time. Fabiana is approachable, ready to assist all team members and her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond helps to create a collaborative work environment.
The peer-to-peer recognition program encourages EBG employees to nominate their co-workers who: consistently demonstrate exceptional work ethic and performance; positively impact colleagues, customers and EBG; empower those around them; and lead by example.
Fabiana was among the 11 monthly Rock Star recipients from fiscal year 2024, which also includes: **Kerstin Meyne-McCall, Jose Lora, Cherie Van Beuzekom, Brenda Frank, Robert Arcolas, Chantal Murray, Chris Scanlan, Catherine Morse, Betsy Lopez, and Carolina Regazzi**.
