Kathia DeLeon
Kathia DeLeon is the Vice President of Partner Development and joined EBG in 2012. She leads the team responsible for hundreds of strategic partnerships within the travel and entertainment sector. Additionally, Kathia manages supplier relationships across EBG’s corporate programs and online consumer brands.
Prior to her promotion to Vice President in 2021, Kathia held several positions in the Partner Development team. Before joining EBG, she worked in the fashion retail industry.
Kathia graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
