Julie Johnston

Julie Johnston is the Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Analytics for EBG. Julie oversees the application of data with EBG’s customer-centric marketing programs and previously held the position of Vice President of Database Marketing and Customer Insights.

Julie has over 20 years of experience helping organizations make more data-driven marketing decisions. Before joining EBG, Julie held long-term consulting engagements with JetBlue Airways and Madison Square Garden Entertainment. Prior to that, she was a relationship lead for premier digital agencies Wunderman and Digitas.

Julie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
