Jason Baker

Jason Baker is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Ticketing Operations, joining EBG in 2011. Jason is responsible for the Customer Service and Operations Divisions at EBG. Jason has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, and entertainment industry, developing and implementing service standards and policies to enhance the customer experience and is dedicated in delivering the best service possible.

Before joining EBG, Jason was the Director of Operations at VEGAS.com and previously worked for Wynn Resorts Limited and served in various leadership capacities all focused on delivering best in class customer experiences in the hospitality industry. Jason’s commitment to service is evidenced by his involvement in the concierge community where he served as the President of the National Concierge Association, Nevada Chapter for six years. He is also certified in Six Sigma.

Jason studied Business Management at San Diego State University.
